True Story #1
The
following email was forwarded to me by one of our distributors who had
received it from one of their customers. We were happy to hear our
product helped save someone's life.
"I am not sure if
your company is the one that actually made the skull bucket but if you
are then I have a story for you. My husband was injured in a timber
falling accident in January 2007. Luckily he had just bought a Skull
Bucket in December. He was hit directly in the head by a tree that had
uprooted 65 feet up the hill from where he was cutting. The tree was
approximately 8 inches in diameter at the point of contact. Although
he suffered multiple traumatic injuries including a severely fractured
face, and a broken back in 3 different places, he is still with us
today and I know that it is because of the fine manufacturing of this
protective gear. He did suffer a small bleed on his brain and some
bruising of his brain but it could have been so much worse had he not
had the Skull Bucket. We see it day in and day out in our small
logging community and I must tell everyone that will listen my husband
is alive and walking today because of the Skull Bucket. Thank You to
whoever came up with this development."

Story #2
Below and to the right are photos of
a Genuine Skull Bucket hard hat that a logger was wearing when a tree
limb fell on him. He walked away without even a minor injury. The dent
was about an inch deep.

True Story #3
The following email was received from
one of our customers. Just another person happy to be alive thanks in
part by our product.
"Hello-
Just happened to Google our company name, and saw we came up on your
web site, very cool!!!! Anyways, had ordered some helmets from you
guys some time ago, and wanted to let you know that we have still been
extremely happy with your product!!! I saw you guys also have a
section with accident photos and how the helmets have held up. I must
tell you I was wearing mine and was brutally attacked by a widow maker
that came straight down onto my head. I was fortunate enough to be
wearing your product which kept me from becoming speared like a
rotisserie chicken. I will make sure to take some photos of the
helmet and send them to you. This was a sizable limb which came into
contact with my head, but from the pictures you would never know it!!
It was approximately a 3.5 - 4 inch limb that came down butt first!!!
Thanks for making these nostalgic but BOMB PROOF pieces of equipment,
a real life saver!!!"
