This message addresses the issues of obtaining exclusive rights to marketing, printing and publishing of the following copyrighted materials from the author and publisher of these materials:
The author/publisher will provide master copies of items 1, 2, and 3 but will provide no other inventory. All items will include updated copyrights. The purchaser may market and produce the materials but may not alter the content in any way. Any alterations to the content will result in the forfeiture of these rights. The purchaser will have the exclusive rights to these materials as long as all fees are paid in full to the author/publisher. The purchaser may sell rights to others under the same conditions as stated here. Any violations of these conditions by future purchasers will result in forfeiture of their rights as well as the original purchaser’s rights. Anyone obtaining these rights from the initial or subsequent purchasers must receive a full disclosure of these conditions. The copyright page of all materials must state the following in 12 point bold text: “Distribution rights to these copyrighted materials are indirectly controlled by the original author/publisher. However, the author/publisher is not responsible for statements, claims, or actions of others. Any deceptive statements or advertising by anyone claiming to represent this publication should be reported to the author/publisher.”
The cost of obtaining full exclusive rights is an initial fee of $5,000 plus an annual renewal fee of $500. If you calculate how many books you need to sell to recover these fees, you’ll find that this is a very attractive offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
Since my Website has drawn a lot of traffic relating to surplus goods and the Hidden Wealth materials, if requested, I would consider keeping some information about the book on my site with a link directing potential buyers to your site.
